Windsor Top

This top is brand new from Windsor. It's blue, short sleeve. It has a black thread that goes across the back...your back is not completely exposed but you could definitely see through the thread. It is 100% polyester, dry clean only, however it seems like you could hand wash it if you were careful. This item has never been worn. Still has the tags on it. I purchased it, and had to have surgery so I was never able to wear it. It is a size large.
