Windsor Strapless High-Low Maxi Dress

Beautiful dress for the holidays! Bandeau strapless sweetheart neckline. Top part is black with inside padding. Back has partial open detail. Side zipper with hook and eye closure. Red bottom is sheer and flows very nicely and also has a lining underneath. Only wore twice, but had to cut the tags off because they were too itchy.
