Windsor Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt

Adorable pleated skirt, could be cute for a school girl costume/vibe. The size tag is missing but I'm pretty sure its a size small as I can't even get it on anymore. Could be good then for size XS-S. Its got loose threads on the bottom but I think I left those for a grunge-y effect, could be easily cut off and not affect stitching of the skirt. Worn once to an Arcane premiere event a few years ago.
