Windsor Maroon Cutout Maxi Prom Dress

Beautiful dark maroon floor length prom dress. This dress is a maxi with a cut out at the upper stomach and a showy but modest enough slit. It is unworn with tags but does have a rip on the right side of the abdomen area. It was bought this way and seems like a pretty easy fix...calling all seamstresses lol! It is a gorgeous dress I just decided on a different one.
