Windsor Jeweled Short Forest Green Dress Medium I did not know if this is meant for juniors/ teens but it is TIGHT. The tag says medium, but I would guess it fits more like an XS/S. For example, my dress form in picture is a size 2 and it was hard to get on. Shoulder to hem 33” Pit to pit= 15” Waist 13.5”
