Windsor Floor-Length Formal Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kc_diving. It was NWT when I got it and it has since been worn once to a wedding! - A few loose threads, please see all photos & the price has been reflected - Including the picture of the original tag for size. Tag has been removed! - Size XS but fits more like a Small - It was a bit long on me with heels and I'm 5'5 for reference - Included photos with and without flash to give more reference for the navy blue color!
