White with black windowpane-pattern button down with a mandarin collar. Long sleeves. It's a size small but fits like an extra small. Cotton. Really cute for fall and back to school! Brand new without tags (it didn't come with any, I ordered it online). Too small for me and I couldn't return it.

@d_greenway just added two photos I got from SheInside. That's where I ordered the shirt from. It actually doesn't have any tags or brand markings of any kind, a lot of the clothes from that site come from overseas. I have a few sweaters from there (also tag less) that are really nice quality and have held up well.
