Windbreaker Raver Pants

selling Laina Rauma's Windbreaker Raver pants in the colour Dark Matter in size Large from her recently dropped Celestial Body collection. Only tried on. I thought a size large would fit, but it sits way too low on me. For reference I am 5ft4, 30in natural waist and 40in hips. The waist is too wide for me. Would be more ideal for someone who has wider hips or waist. This is meant to be mid rise, or low rise depending on preference. Measurements: Waist- appx 18in across Front rise - appx 11in Inseam - estimated 34.5in (website says size small is 31.5, add 1.5in for each following size when sizing up)
