unkgdmaximalist@sethbh93 Laying flat the skirt is 11” but can comfortably stretch to 17”. Length of the skirt is 31” The tops armpit to armpit is 20” laying flat. Shoulder to shoulder is 16”. Length of front is 15”. Fabric does have some stretch so this should size up or down depending on how you plan to style it.
