cnoelc So, to make sure everything is tracked for the other person (to avoid scams) what I've learned is that you make the sale $3. That way, the seller makes all of $.05, ends up in the positive, and usually the shipping gets dropped also. So, it's not exactly free, but it's a lot cheaper for the other person, and everything is on the up and up. It's best to do it when everyone is ready, so nobody else swoops in and gets the $3 deal.

cnoelc Sorry. Yes, lowered. I'm not sure by how much. Or for absolute sure, but usually if you're lowering your price by 10% or more, they lower the shipping for an hour.
