Williamsburg pottery tall water pitcher in blue vine design.

Everything that I can find on this shows, it’s a Williamsburg pottery piece but it’s not stamped on the bottom like other pottery is. I’m not sure if they forgot to stamp it or what? Please see photos for approximate measurements . Thanks for looking!
