From 20 mins, 30 mins, and 15 mins. Received as a Christmas gift but never read, though it has a scratch mark on the front of the book javket; see pics. 111 pages long, including the index. Has some vegetarian/vegan friendly recipes though majority are not vegan/vegetarian friendly. Looks like new except for the scratch mark on the book jacket.
