Early 20th Cent Fine Silverplate Repousse creation by William Adams (SPAIN) Serving bowl/ silversmith art. NICE! Beautiful handmade artisan scalloped tapered edges cut to the shape of the fruit! Repousse relief design in bright reflective silver with a bit of oxidized darkened edges defining the grapes. This high relief Repousse creates a 3D art form of a real vine flowing with grapes, encircling the sides of a fine silver plate artisan bowl. The Repousse comes all the way down into a perfect beaded circle at the base. The Reposse is taken all the way to the edges of the silver piece showcasing the beauty of the grapevines over the circular shape. This Silver bowl is the ideal size for serving snacks, but it is truly beautiful sitting out merely to be admired.
