Willa Black and Silver Strapless Sparkle Banded Dress Size Medium

Strapless black and silver party dress with backside exposed gold zipper closure. The material is stretchy. Back measures at 12 1/2” laying flat but stretches to 16”. The bust line has a nonslip material. There are 7-10 spots where it looks like the silver sparkle thread has broken and the black material is seen slightly more. None are more than 1/8” and most are on the back side. Tags are attached but I am not marking this as new considering the flaws (see pics). Price is reflective of the flaws.
