Hello!
Are these new? I found these online at Macy's currently for sale for $27. I would just buy them there, but they do not have my size. Are these new or used, and also do you think they run small at all? I can fit a 9, but a 9.5 is more comfortable. So, if these run small, I may be in trouble.I really want these booties, so please get back with me at your earliest convenience.

@entlerchelsey7 I bought them off of here and never wore them decided to get a pair of MOU. So I would say gently used? I am open to any offer that was just the suggested price they gave me.
