New without tags Has buckle on one side but it doesn’t really do anything, more for looks When wearing it, the buckle is on your left and about 1/3 of the front is pleated while the other 2/3 is straight. While backside is pleated. Item has been washed with “ALL” detergent, free of dyes and fragrances. Item comes from a smoke free household. Can get exact measurements if requested :)
