Elastic waistband with drawstring . Accordion 🪗 pleated . Lined with “shorts” . Originally designed and marketed for swim cover up but I purchased for cocktail night . The waistband is very forgiving, also great for maternity. This is a think outside of the box piece . Think Vegas day to night , or festival season 😉
