Wide horizontal stripe sundress Ralph Lauren

Ralph Lauren 1” wide horizontal navy/white stripe sundress with 9 gold anchor buttons down the left side. The bottom two buttons are functional. TEUC,minimal (if any) signs of wear. I am absolutely in love with this dress & would keep it but I’m super short through the bust so it hits lower cut than I would like.I’m not the type to take my things to a tailor if I don’t wear it constantly. 🤷 No stains, holes, tears, runs, pilling or discoloration. No low ball offers.
