cmaughan75 @varlotte360 I apologize for the late response, they are pull on with an elastic waist. The material isn't super stretchy, it has a little give but I wouldn't call it stretchy. I will get measurements when I get home!! Thank you and sorry for the late response.

cmaughan75 @lainiesdeals Inseam is approximately 31. Waist is elastic but measures approximately 13. Hips are approximately 20. All measurements were taken with the pants laying flat. I'm not a professional but that is what I get. Thanks!!

So I'm not a professional seamstress and that's the measurement I get, I say approximate bc I don't sew and I dont have the measurements from Anthropologie. The waist is elastic so it has some stretch and it's a bit difficult to measure but it's close. I'll get the fabric for you in a bit. Thx!!
