Wide Leg Pants with Single Strap

These unusual pants are almost like high waisted overalls with a single strap that crosses over the body instead of two. I’ve searched everywhere on the garment for a fabric tag, but to no avail. It’s a blend of some sort; and definitely a little textured to give it a linen-like look. The garment has a zip closure on the side; and three levels on the button/strap closure. The measurement is for the longest the strap will go; that being said; I believe the pants are supposed to sit high on the waist. Waist probably expands another 1-2 inches.
