Wicked dress + Wicked Headband

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jennysfl. Loved it! A cozy purple Heathered soft tee shirt that says “I 💚 Oz” sewn to a upcycled stretch skirt with a ribbon added for a belt, small loops on each side to hold it in place. Original seller sold it as “off the shoulder” But you can see the tee shoulder is complete so it fits more comfortably like a wide or boat neck. Also included in this Wicked The Broadway Musical themed upcycled dress is a Wicked the Movie puffy spa Elphaba headband by Conair sold at Ulta. You get both! For the Wicked Fan💚
