I am selling a BRAND NEW set of the Emerald City And Wicked Witch Hat Lotion Pump Soap Dispenser as a set, ***SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS*** The Emerald City Pump has slight flaws. 1 flaw is the dark paint marks in the front of the item, and then slight chips on both the item & paint on 1 side of the item, and also on the back. ALL of the flaws are in fact shown in the pictures above. It came this way directly from the store, and it was the very last one they had available.
