Why We Take Pictures 📸

There have only been two occasions that we've had to submit missing mail reports, but having pictures was important both times. Stating that the item was sent in, let's say, a bubble lined silver linear holographic polymailer is quite specific. But unless the person on the other end of the search request is already aware of that terminology (any other holo manicure lovers out there? 🌈✨️), it may very well be confusing. That is also why your parcel might arrive with a whimsical sticker on it. It can be easier to identify a missing parcel when there's a cute sticker on the front by the label!
