The first picture is AFTER a 20lbs weight loss. In Sept 2015, I lost 20lbs & realized that weight was not the issue, but my body fat % was! I was over 40 & my athletic build was gone - I started to rebuild.
By Apr 2018, I was where I wanted to be & decided to compete at least once! (middle picture)
Aug 2018, I walked the stage & won 5 trophies! I’m hooked now 😂 You have to find a way to stay young & healthy!
My loss is your gain! So much to sell!

I'm 32 and just started lifting maybe 3 weeks ago after gaining 30lbs of pure fat in nursing school and deciding being skinny fat just isnt for me. Girl, YOU are an inspiration! I have a long way to go, but you give me hope. 👏👏👏

@meredithsshop Keep going! 💪🏽 I hear so many women say they are scared of becoming too muscular, but knowing what muscle groups to focus on to create a more hourglass shape and not working other parts too much is amazing. In my youth I was always the “no hips - upper or lower” girl, bean pole... even after 3 children. Loving what I see now, better than ever.

My retirement goal was to be be healthy, (I am 67 years old). I lost 26 lbs but need 15 lbs more to go. This is the reason why I’m selling my 16s, 14s, XL clothes in my closet.
