Who What Wear (Target) Gingham Navy blue and White Midi/Maxi dress, Size Large

Beautiful, comfortable summer dress! Navy and white gingham print, very light, comfortable material. Size large, smocked back, lace up front that is sewn shut/for decoration (but can untie). Wish it still fit, hoping someone else can give this summer dress some life this year!
