This dress is so beautiful and simple for the holidays. I always felt like the waistline would be so pretty with a red belt. The under arm to under arm is approximately 22 inches and the length is 38 inches. The waist is 19 1/2 inches across the front and the hips are about 24 inches across the front and the dress has a lot of stretch. It is lined with a very stretchy liner. The shell is 52% ran 48% at nylon and the lining is 100% polyester and very stretchy. Machine wash cold.
