Who What Wear Black Dress Ruffle Sleeve Size Small

This is a super cute Who What Wear black dress. It has buttons from the neck to the waist. The sleeves are adorned with an eyelet ruffle and the bottom of the dress has a ruffle at the hem. The dress is 100% cotton, is very lightweight. It does have belt loops. I removed the original original belt and had worn the dress with a colorful belt and now I can't find the black belt. You can easily add any belt you like or clip the belt loops and wear the dress without a belt. There is also a side zipper. The dress is a size small.
