Whiting & Davis antique silver Mesh art deco victorian mini Bag Stunning antique victorian mini bag from the start of the whiting and Davis company. This tiny bag is a piece of history from the around the 1900's. Lovely sky blue enameling accent the kiss lock closure on both sides with an art nouveau or begin of the art deco style. Bag is made from a silver tone metal mesh with charming chain tassels at the bottom that will swing and sway. Antique piece with very slight wear with a gentle vintage patina and possible a few loops missing by the clasp but it is hard to tell otherwise lovely condition.Clasp works great. Would be lovely to wear as a necklace or a Avantgarde evening bag. Stamped inside with the Whiting and Davis stamp. size approximately 4 by 2/12 this is a very tiny victorian bag it would just hold a lipstick Need More Specifics?
