Black and White blouse with long bishop-like sleeves that are slightly billowy. This blouse is white with black splotchy spots of various size and shapes. The top front has smocked detail on the front shoulders. The neckline is rounded with a ruffle and splits into a small V. The sleeves have an elastic band as a cuff. There is no brand or size tag.
