White vintage float dress or shirt

This a really cute vintage dress or shirt! I’m 5’3 and have a size 24 waist. It fits me very loose but is also pretty short. It’s supper soft and has some lace parts overlapping the polkadot pattern! It would be perfect for a formal occasion or to just chill in the house! Could probably fit anywhere between a small and a large!
