gaidos I'M WONDERING - DOES THIS DRESS HAVE A SET WAISTLINE, OR IS FABRIC CONTINUED FROM THE NECK TO HEM & YOU JUST MAKE A WAIST WITH THE BELT/SASH? I HAVE A TUMMY PROBLEM, SO IT'S EMPIRE WAIST OR NO DEFINED NATURAL WAISTLINE FOR ME. I'M OK WITH REMOVING ELASTIC MYSELF IF THE FABRIC WOULD THEN STILL HAVE NO SEAM - I HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE!
