White stretch bodycon style skirt medium

Super cute elastic waist skit. Sides are kind of ruched. This seems really small for a medium - i would think it is more like a small. Please check measurements before purchasing. It does have a lot of stretch to it though. No brand name. Not sure where my daughter bought this one.
