White puff sleeve dress size small

worn once boutique quality white puff sleeve dress has one very tiny stain on the front/bottom of the dress and another on the back. noticed at the boutique. sold on discount due to small stain. my plan was to dye it a fall color and never got around to it. on the shorter side. I'm 5'2" and wore bike shorts under and was fine. if taller would be cute with leggings for the fall
