This Coldwater Creek lightweight tunic has ruffles in both front and back panels . There’s even a delicate ruffle around the collar. The buttons are fabric covered as part of the attention to detail. It’s cooling since it doesn’t cling to the body. The ruffle fabric is 100% polyester: the second fabric is a knit that is 59% cotton and 41% rayon. The bust is 20”: the length is 24”: the sleeve is 17”
