White fringe dress - size medium, short

From just so girly - deep V sleeveless fringed midi skirt. I purchased this as a size medium and it fits, just too short for me. (For reference, I am 5’ 4”, 140lbs, size 34c. Top fit fine but too short. Would fit small better in my opinion)
