White cotton skirt/swim cover-up size XS

This lightweight, white cotton skirt is perfect as a swim cover. It's in EUC & ready for some summer fun at the pool or the beach! The tiers of fabric appear "off" in the photo from unpacking from our house move, but can be ironed. Not sure?
