NWOT Tahari neutral taupe career dress size 2

This Tahari Arthur S. Levine dress is timeless- classic style, neutral taupe color, boat neck, lined & made of quality material. While the price tag was cut off, it was never worn & still has the belt attached with the store tag gun. At 5'6, hits below knee so I'm calling it midi. Stock photo shows jacket - not included in this listing. Not sure?
