White blouse with black poke a dots

Worthington new dress Blouse white wiry black poke a dots. It’s a shear fabric with short sleeves. It has an attached white tank underneath so you can’t see through it and an attached belt. Goes very well with the black pant with white poke a dots I also have in my closet.
