Yes it needs a steaming and please see the last pic for the seam just under the left armpit that needs to be reinforced- BUT - it is still adorable and fashionable. Contrast black lapel and pocket seams. Length is 22” so it is a bit more cropped and shoulder to shoulder it is 15”. Sleeve length is 23.5”
