White and floral two piece prom dress

2 piece prom dress but can be worn to look like a one piece( see first pic). Tag on top not skirt. Minor loose strings and discoloration on skirt bottom. Loose clasps on top must be sewn (see last picture). Small cutout on back of top and the skirt is slightly high low. Message any questions!
