White and Navy Striped Elegant Party Tea Dress

This is a really cute navy and white dress! It sits right above the knee on me (5'3"). Although a small, I would say it fits more like a medium. Some signs of wear, and some small stains on the skirt that you don't notice unless you're looking for them. The previous owner took the straps up and you can tell by the straps, but it is not visible when the dress is on.
