White and Blue Floral Special Event Dress

This dress is just gorgeous!! I love it to pieces, but I only wore it once for my graduation (pictured). It came from a special occasion dress store. It's a tube top style that flares a bit at the bottom and has a very thin petticoat underneath to make it "poof" just a bit. Would be perfect for a wedding, graduation, or other special occasion!
