White and Blue Ceramic Art Vessel with Unique Design

This stunning ceramic vessel showcases a captivating blend of white and blue hues, embodying the essence of artistic craftsmanship. I have a little bit of a confusion with this piece documents show that it’s 1960s mid-century Italian vessel, poor spout and an opening. There’s also the wording on here CUENCA which I would identify it as Ecuadorian. But also mid-century there’s a tiniest chip on the base which I pictured, and I see one spot where it looks like the vessel ( in the glazing process) touched up against the kiln wall. The painting on this piece is very fluid, which is very reminiscent of the Italian mid-century pottery, gorgeous shape and is approximately 11 1/2 inches tall, including the ribbon like handle.
