New without tags. What makes this shirt attractive is the white on white adornment. The large sequined sun with embroidered rays is the focal point of this white terry short sleeved shirt. The sun is boxed in an embroidered rope with pearls. The brand is Richard and Company and is a size Small. (I think it is a larger small which is why I did not wear it.) The length on a flat surface is 24" and the width is 21".
