This Baby Girl's White Smocked Dress is ADORABLE!! Tyhe dress is done in an all White base and has Blue embroidery details. The Peter Pan collar has a matching White piping that is hand-faggoted (a high end stitch found in heirloom clothing) to the collar. A feather stitch embroidery trims the edge. The upper chest has 5 French tucks on each side, bordered towards the center in a vertical feather stitch also done in Blue embroidery. Two petite Mother-of-Pearl buttons adorn the very center and are attached with blue thread, matching the embroidery. A smocked panel is bordered on top with a petite white piping. Rows of Chevron embroidery in done in Blue and accent the smocking as well as blue bullion knots. White embroidery borders the Chevron rows.
