This Beautiful White Smocked Bishop Dress is sure to make your little one shine!! The dress is done in a Classic Bishop style with the neckline and shoulders fully smocked. A petite border of White Chevron embroidery adorns the neckline and larger Chevron borders done in pink and white adorn the bottom of the smocking. The short puff sleeves gather with a matching smocking, leaving a ruffle and finish off with a white scalloped embroidery lace trim. Bouquets of pink bullion roses with light green leaves adorn the smocking from front to back. The bottom of the skirt has three rows of horizontal pin tucks in the front and have rows of matching pink and green bullion rosebuds embroidered between the rows.
