White Ruffled Mini Dress

Chic white mini dress with ruffled layers. Perfect for summer outings. Forever 21 Sold to me as a size small Seller told me it was white fox…it is forever 21 Original seller cut out size/brand tag Found the exact dress as pictured. It is an off white color Strappy ties in back zipper closure *has some marks/tiny pin hole as pictured - also sold to me with these flaws. I have not washed dress to see if they will come out. I was unable to return item or get a refund because I purchased from Facebook marketplace in a set of dresses
