Brand new with tags but it arrived with a faint pinkish fabric dye stain that can easily be removed but I’m too lazy and it fits awkward on me so I don’t care enough to do it. I’m a 34D bust and typically wear XS/S and I’d say it’s true to size. I’m 5’2 and the length is just not short enough on me
