White Polkadot Mini Dress. New without tags!

This dress is in perfect NEW condition and has a very flattering fit on. V-neck, cute ruffled sleeves, fit and flare style. I purchased the dress from a boutique in the Chicago-area a few years back, but never had a chance to wear, and it does not fit me anymore sadly. Size large and I believe this would fit a women’s size 10-12 very well!
