I the outer shell waterproof like a rain jacket? also If I ordered tonight could you ship tomorrow morning? I need them by Thursday.

@aaatchley yes, the outer shell is waterproof but this is thicker/warmer than a rain jacket. I have this same one in black and I wear it in winter in Wisconsin. I could ship it tomorrow afternoon, but with the mail around this time of year, I’d be afraid it may not get there on Thursday.
